WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to cancel for any reason up to one week prior to clinic check-in, you will receive a clinic credit voucher for registration fees paid that is good through the following year for any clinic hosted by GRAND SLAM TOURNAMENTS,

Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) will not receive a voucher or refund.

If your Clinic is canceled due to COVID-related facility closures, government mandates, or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund less the $50.00 administrative fee.

These policies are in place to account for clinic fees associated with each registration that is made in advance of the program. Athlete waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any clinic cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

If GRAND SLAM TOURNAMENTS cancels a clinic due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of your clinic registration fees paid. Athlete waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any clinic cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
